Milk Road offers industrial butter for b2b clients. 82% pasteurised butter, produced with cream of milk, not intended for direct consumption. Only for industrial production. Sold in block of 5 kg 10 kg 20 kg 25 kg.
Traditional butter is obtained directly from milk, as required by EU regulations. We exclusively use fresh cream directly from the milk, with a process that never interrupts the cold chain and guarantees reduced acidity. Its flavor and aroma give the butter unmistakable characteristics that can be better appreciated with raw consumption.
